Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all initial communication with the practice, converting leads into appointments for consultation with providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries
  • Log patient demographic and inquiry details in our system
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with no-show clients
  • Distribute leads to patient coordinators
  • Receive payment for consultation fee
  • Follow up with leads and existing patients to ensure customer service satisfaction
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and procedures
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Ensure potential patients are aware of promotions
  • Contact existing patients with specials and promotions
  • Assist with tasks to grow the practice and improve patient experience
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with ability to learn quickly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional
  • Personable demeanor
  • Interest in aesthetic/cosmetic surgery industry (a plus)
