Director of Public Sector Marketing

Elastic, the leading search and AI company, is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our public sector marketing efforts in the US. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and sales within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the public sector, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and industry influencers.
- Manage and execute multichannel campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and content marketing, to drive awareness and engagement.
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, using data and analytics to inform future marketing decisions.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on public sector or government marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
