Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team at Insurance Relief. As an Employee Benefits Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in servicing and retaining clients' needs and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and carriers to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attend and coordinate annual renewal and open enrollment meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional client support by checking and distributing contracts with carriers and offering additional support to other accounts.
  • Develop professional business relationships with clients to drive growth and retention.
  • Research and resolve billing and invoicing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Attend various trainings to enhance product knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Employee Benefits Account Management, with a strong understanding of group insurance terminology, concepts, and coverage.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Management Systems and other relevant software.
  • Current Life & Health/Accident License.

  • $85,000 - $110,000 annual salary.
