Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Redmond, WA

SystImmune Inc. is a pioneering biopharmaceutical organization dedicated to advancing innovative cancer therapies. Our focus is on developing groundbreaking treatments through our specialized drug development platforms, which include bi-specific and multi-specific antibodies, as well as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). With multiple assets in various phases of clinical trials targeting solid tumors and hematologic conditions, we are at the forefront of biologics development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor payments, including checks and wire transfers, ensuring timely processing.
  • Conduct daily cash entry reviews to detect any unrecorded transactions.
  • Record daily financial activities to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Support financial audits and corporate tax return submissions.
  • Help implement new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly project FTE allocation analyses, operational reports, and respond to ad-hoc inquiries.
  • Maintain close calendars to track progress against deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS and internal control standards.
  • Meet all processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Engage in company-wide initiatives to enhance processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within public accounting firms.
  • Demonstrated bookkeeping expertise with a comprehensive understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word/Excel, and familiarity with NetSuite ERP is advantageous.
  • Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
