Work Environment:
This role requires a blend of onsite and remote work, with a significant portion of time spent at client locations for project deployment. The position is primarily office-based, utilizing standard office equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Employees in this role must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients regarding project inquiries. The position requires the ability to remain stationary for extended periods and occasionally move within the office to access necessary resources. Frequent use of office equipment is required, and the ability to lift items weighing up to 60 pounds may be necessary for project-related tasks.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing principles and practices.
- Experience with client-server systems and awareness of potential testing challenges.
- Familiarity with various Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with SOAP UI for testing and activation processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interpret testing requirements accurately.
