Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Meridian Knowledge Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to our Learning Management System
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Document and track client interactions and issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informative support
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an enterprise software company
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to learn new systems and technologies
