Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
