Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer/Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchants, resolving technical inquiries and issues, and building a positive rapport with our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, providing assistance and resolving inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to merchants experiencing product-related issues or challenges.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Merchant Account Management: Maintain accurate merchant account information in our systems, update changes in various CRM platforms.
  • Follow-up and Quality Assurance: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction, and conduct quality assurance checks on customer interactions and technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of experience working in a forward-facing, customer support role, with one year of Merchant Services experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and adapt/respond to different merchant needs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Teamwork: Maintain a positive attitude and work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment.
