Customer Support Specialist

Meridian Knowledge Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary point of contact for client inquiries and product assistance requests.
- Investigate and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and track the progress of each request while providing excellent client management and communication.
- Prioritize issues based on severity and manage the resolution of all issues within accepted maintenance agreements.
- Escalate functional or technical requests to other teams as necessary to resolve client issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to provide a seamless customer experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role for an enterprise software company.
- Ability to think critically and develop different approaches to solving complex problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dig down into details and configure systems.
- Conceptual understanding of product workflows and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to research and resolve problems using a variety of resources and tools.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
