Our Bloomberg On-Site Support (BOS) teams deliver on-site and technical assistance to Bloomberg's clientele in over 75 countries. The technology and support we offer empower our clients to excel in today's fast-paced, technology-driven environment. We serve as a comprehensive source of on-site assistance and ensure tasks are accomplished efficiently.

Your Role:
As a Support Specialist, you will deliver exceptional technical service to Bloomberg's terminal users and employees.

In your capacity as a BOS specialist, you will gain hands-on experience in resolving issues while developing a solid foundation of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills that enable you to assist clients remotely.

You take pride in providing both reactive and proactive, solution-oriented service, understanding client needs, and delivering personalized, on-the-ground value.

You are the composed voice and steady presence in a dynamic environment, yet you grasp the importance of urgency, work diligently, possess commercial insight, and are driven by customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an exceptional level of customer service focus
- Provide exemplary on-site support
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in installing and troubleshooting Windows software, PC hardware, and peripheral devices
- Familiarity with networking technologies (networking hardware, TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN)
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend work (time off in lieu)
