Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Configure and deploy hardware and software solutions.

  • Manage and track IT assets to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Academic success with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • MCSE, MOS, and A+ certifications preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating System (Windows 11), Network Connectivity, and Microsoft Office 2019/O365.
  • Working knowledge of PC hardware and ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
