Position Overview:
Join Primary Talent Partners as an Inventory Management Specialist in a contract role with a leading pharmaceutical client. This position requires a dedicated individual to oversee inventory operations on-site, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage and maintain the inventory for Precision Genomics, including counting, tracking orders, and providing supply updates.
  • Data Analytics: Develop and sustain inventory analytics using various analytical software, ensuring accurate data input and interpretation for lab teams.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to resolve ordering issues and plan inventory needs effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with lab team members to address their inventory requirements and find alternatives for backorders.
  • Office Supply Management: Oversee the ordering of office supplies as needed.
  • Inventory Audits: Conduct audits of assay inventory stock and maintain communication with external teams.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with analytical software and tracking systems is crucial; experience with Python and LIMS is advantageous.
  • Reliability: The role demands a dependable presence on-site, with potential for flexible hours during peak periods.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks is necessary to ensure accuracy in all inventory-related activities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to inventory challenges is required.

Experience:
