- Standard Operating Procedures: Adhere to established protocols for audio-visual support as outlined by management.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks and report on equipment status.
- Customer Education: Guide clients in the operation of audio-visual equipment, ensuring they are comfortable and knowledgeable.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records related to equipment inventory and repairs.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues and service partners to share updated information.
- Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of conference rooms and related areas.
- Organizational Duties: Keep audio-visual storage areas organized and well-managed.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least one year of experience in supporting audio-visual services for events.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with office technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
