Work Schedule:
This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with potential for flexible hours during peak operational periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Oversight: Responsible for the counting, tracking, and updating of inventory levels, ensuring accurate supply management.
- Data Analytics: Utilize various analytical software tools to develop and maintain inventory analytics, inputting and interpreting data for laboratory teams.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to resolve ordering issues and manage supply planning.
- Office Supplies Management: Handle the ordering and tracking of office supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Candidates should possess computer literacy and a willingness to learn analytical software. Familiarity with Python is advantageous.
- High-Volume Inventory Experience: Previous experience in managing large inventories in fast-paced environments, such as retail or food service, is preferred.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Ability to reorganize and create solutions for both physical and digital inventory management.
Additional Duties:
- Conduct inventory audits across multiple groups within the organization.
- Assist in auditing assay inventory stock.
