Primary Talent Partners is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist for a 6-month contract with a leading pharmaceutical client. This role is dedicated to ensuring the efficient management of inventory and is strictly on-site, with no remote work options available.

Work Schedule:
This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with potential for flexible hours during peak operational periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Oversight: Responsible for the counting, tracking, and updating of inventory levels, ensuring accurate supply management.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize various analytical software tools to develop and maintain inventory analytics, inputting and interpreting data for laboratory teams.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to resolve ordering issues and manage supply planning.
  • Office Supplies Management: Handle the ordering and tracking of office supplies as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Technical Proficiency: Candidates should possess computer literacy and a willingness to learn analytical software. Familiarity with Python is advantageous.
  • High-Volume Inventory Experience: Previous experience in managing large inventories in fast-paced environments, such as retail or food service, is preferred.
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Ability to reorganize and create solutions for both physical and digital inventory management.

Additional Duties:
  • Conduct inventory audits across multiple groups within the organization.
  • Assist in auditing assay inventory stock.
