District Director for Store Expansion

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled District Director to oversee the expansion of our stores, driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.
About You
- You will have at least 5 years of experience in multi-unit management, with a proven track record of success in retail store operations.
- A strong understanding of local markets and requirements is essential, as well as experience building effective teams and creating cultures that reflect corporate values.
- Your financial management skills should include interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
- You must possess exceptional leadership capabilities, with a history of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent.
Responsibilities
As a District Director, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the financial health and profitability of all stores within your district, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Providing day-to-day support to Store Managers, ensuring objectives are achieved and operational, brand, and product standards are maintained.
- Identifying and escalating opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve.
- Championing best practices and executing the maintenance of all store functions, ensuring locations operate seamlessly and achieve desired objectives.
Requirements
- Experience being accountable to retail store P&L.
- Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent.
- Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary Range
