Director of Retail Partnerships Job Summary:
Audicus is looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Retail Partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our retail strategy.

This includes driving the expansion of our retail presence, building strong relationships with retail partners, and capturing the synergies of having both a DTC and retail business.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail industry and a proven track record of building successful partnerships and scaling 'store-in-store' concepts.

Salary: $130k-180k (commensurate with experience)

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the expansion strategy with the retail partners.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners, including executive decision-makers, merchants, and in-store staff.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop our in-store teams, including creating and communicating sales incentive plans.
