Job SummaryAs a Front Desk Guest Service Representative with Premier Resorts Management Inc, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our hotel guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently check-in and check-out guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about all hotel services and policies, including room rates, amenities, and services.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for our guests.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and services.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
