Job Title: Front Desk Manager - Sheraton Columbia Downtown

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at the Sheraton Columbia Downtown. As a key member of our hotel's front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they meet high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain front desk systems, including reservations, room assignments, and guest information
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk management or a related role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other hotel departments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
