Job Summary

Country Inn & Suites is seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Use persuasive selling techniques to promote hotel services and amenities.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest check-outs and handle monetary transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
