Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of front desk associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to room inventory.
- Lead and motivate a team of front desk associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain front desk operations, including managing cash handling, credit card transactions, and other financial transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk operations, including process improvements and customer service initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
