Job Summary

The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests during their stay, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, provide information on hotel services and amenities, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
