Key Responsibilities:- Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the delivery of packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
- Participate in emergency procedures as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel products and guest services is a plus.
