Position Overview:

We are seeking an Engineer I to contribute to our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply engineering principles to design and enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize CAD/CAM systems to produce 3D models, 2D schematics, and cutter paths.
  • Ensure precise technical documentation for all products and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and production teams to align products with design specifications.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects and provide valuable insights for operational efficiency.
  • Assess processes, offer cost evaluations, and recommend enhancements.
  • Support the development and refinement of production techniques.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and rectify process inconsistencies.
  • Provide training on equipment and operational processes.
  • Compile and present reports using data analysis tools.

Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience of 4 years in a relevant field.

Skills & Competencies:

Meticulous attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in CAD software, SPC programs, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.

Familiarity with manufacturing methods and materials.

Understanding of machining processes and related technologies.

Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
