Location: Corvallis, OR

Contract Type: Long Term Contract (potential for direct hire)

As a Mechanical Facilities Engineer, you will play a crucial role in advancing innovative projects that support our clients' research, development, testing, and manufacturing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with client stakeholders in a vibrant environment to create and refine construction documentation for intricate manufacturing systems, facility enhancements, and tenant modifications.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET Accredited Institution.

Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in mechanical facilities engineering, covering areas such as HVAC, hydronics, process piping, exhaust systems, plumbing, and related mechanical infrastructure.

Engineer in Training (EIT) status with active pursuit of a Professional Engineer (PE) License.

Preferred Skills:

At least two (2) years of experience with complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment, whether in their production, installation, or operational use within cleanroom environments.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Navisworks software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within diverse teams, including multi-disciplinary design groups.

A genuine passion for construction and building systems.

Familiarity with the Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code (OMSC).

One (1) year of field experience in an industrial setting.

Additional Requirements:

This position requires on-site work at the client location in Corvallis, OR.

Willingness to commute to the site during standard business hours, typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility based on site capabilities and employee preferences.
