Salary Range: $70K-$80K/Annum
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administration Support Team, ensuring prompt and effective assistance to designated operations.
- Diagnose and resolve DNS Service and DNS resolution challenges.
- Assist in the oversight and support of both internal and external DNS infrastructures.
- Address issues related to Active Directory authentication and LDAP configurations.
- Set up and maintain MSMQ services.
- Create, modify, test, deploy, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Administer Group Policy Administrative Templates (ADMX files).
- Oversee GPO Security Filtering and WMI Filters.
- Possess strong expertise in PowerShell scripting.
- Delegate elevated permissions for specific tasks while maintaining security integrity.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex, escalated incidents.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the existing Active Directory and Exchange architecture.
- Investigate critical technical issues such as inconsistent email retention, cluster communication failures, and public folder replication challenges.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.
- Develop comprehensive test cases that encompass testing scenarios for both standard and degraded operations, including disaster recovery and data recovery processes, along with performance and capacity planning criteria.
- Cybersecurity Remediation Deliverables:
- Review cybersecurity vulnerability scan reports.
- Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk assessment and potential impact.
- Formulate and execute remediation strategies.
- Identify system owners and inform them of potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with system owners and teams to ensure effective vulnerability remediation.
- Review and update vulnerability metrics regularly.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding the status of remediation efforts.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and reporting on the progress of vulnerability remediation.
- Implement approved continuous improvement measures to enhance the effectiveness of remediation efforts.
- Required licenses or certifications include: MCSE, CE, II, PKI, IAT, ITIL, R2, MCSA, MSCE, VCP.
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
