Position Overview:

We are seeking an Engineer I to contribute to our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply engineering principles to design and refine manufacturing workflows.
  • Develop 3D models, 2D schematics, and cutter paths utilizing CAD/CAM technologies.
  • Ensure comprehensive technical documentation for all products and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and production teams to align products with design requirements.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects and offer insights to boost operational efficiency.
  • Assess manufacturing processes, provide cost analysis, and recommend enhancements.
  • Support the advancement and refinement of production techniques.
  • Gather and analyze data to pinpoint process inconsistencies.
  • Provide training on equipment and operational procedures.
  • Compile and present reports using data analysis methodologies.

Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience of 4 years in a relevant field.

Skills & Competencies:

Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in CAD software, SPC applications, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.

Understanding of machining techniques and related technologies.

Capability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
