  • Process Improvement and Automation: Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction to optimize production processes.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations leaders, providing mentorship, training, and coaching to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and developers to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives at the processing center.
  • Performance Metrics and Budgeting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure overall success. Prepare and manage budgets for the Processing Center, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
