Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at HungerRush. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a designated territory, developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Territory Development: Develop and grow a sales territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and in-person visits.
- Sales Process: Execute a consultative sales process from prospect identification to investigating potential needs, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales efforts.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM (Salesforce) software to record all sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
- Strong Hunter Mentality: Strong hunter mentality required to open and expand new markets.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or related role, preferably in the tech/restaurant industry.
- Reliable Transportation: Since this is a field position, you must have reliable transportation (will reimburse for mileage).
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
- CRM Experience: Experience with Salesforce CRM.
