Arlo Henderson - State Farm Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

We are an award-winning State Farm agency focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating success for our team members. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements
  • Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (required).
  • Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Property and Casualty license (required).
  • Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities license (must be able to obtain).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers.
