Job Summary

The Associate Director is responsible for driving business growth, maintaining existing relationships, and providing exceptional service to clients. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, conserve business, and create a positive work environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement action plans to ensure the profitability of the team and individual representatives.
  • Manage numbers, goals, and objectives to achieve results.
  • Supervise representatives' service activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Work with the District Manager to ensure the Field Office operates within budget.
  • Search for ways to cut costs and improve profitability.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; some college and/or undergraduate degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Life and Health license required.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an insurance sales environment required.
  • Prior management experience in an insurance sales environment preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
