The Associate Director is responsible for driving business growth, maintaining existing relationships, and providing exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement action plans to ensure the profitability of the team and individual representatives.
- Manage numbers, goals, and objectives to achieve results.
- Supervise representatives' service activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Work with the District Manager to ensure the Field Office operates within budget.
- Search for ways to cut costs and improve profitability.
- High school diploma required; some college and/or undergraduate degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Life and Health license required.
- 3-5 years' experience in an insurance sales environment required.
- Prior management experience in an insurance sales environment preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
