Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide end-user support and maintain systems in a news-oriented broadcast television environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, virtual systems, printers, and network infrastructure.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support for end-users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.
  • System Deployment: Deploy systems and software, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Security Management: Manage security applications, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Remote Connectivity: Establish and maintain remote connectivity, ensuring seamless access to systems and resources.
  • Mobile Device Support: Provide support and management for mobile devices, ensuring they are secure and functioning properly.
  • Service Management: Utilize Service Now and ITIL best practices to manage and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Active Directory Administration: Administer Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and resources.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of IT experience, preferably in a broadcast or media environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in desktop OS and connectivity, mobile device management knowledge, advanced troubleshooting skills, security awareness, and professional communication skills.
  • Education: Higher education or relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA.
