Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond professionally to all inquiries related to group and meeting room sales.
  • Manage group room and event reservations from the initial contract to guest check-in.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle all administrative tasks associated with group and meeting room bookings.
  • Deliver outstanding service and support to assigned clients and accounts.
  • Monitor group room reservations to ensure compliance with contract deadlines.
  • Participate in weekly sales and revenue meetings as required.
  • Attend relevant industry events and tradeshows as necessary.
  • Accurately input all group room reservations into the hotel management system.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Composure in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
