Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including internal departments, outside consultants, and local jurisdictions, to achieve desired development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisition sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Site Planning and Design: Collaborate with division executives to implement site planning and design strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Entitlements and Permitting: Obtain necessary entitlements and permits from local jurisdictions, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Project Coordination: Supervise and coordinate with architects, engineers, landscape architects, soils and environmental engineers, and other consultants to prepare required development applications and approvals.
  • Cost Management: Review plans and specifications from a cost perspective, identifying areas for value engineering and cost savings.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with Lennar trade partners, consultants, and private, public, and quasi-public agencies to resolve issues and exchange valuable information.
  • Support and Information: Provide support and information to other departments within the Division, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Five (5) years in community entitlement, homebuilding process, or public agency experience required.
  • Education: High School or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, in the field of Residential Land Planning, Urban Design, Business, Civil Engineering, or related course study.
  • Skills: Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project; excellent analytical and writing capabilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Other: Ability to meet multiple deadlines concurrently; ability to manage multiple complex projects/communities; valid driver's license; accepts constructive feedback; team player.
