We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to effectively orchestrate, coordinate, and propel the execution of various development initiatives. In this role, you will provide daily leadership to the development team, manage client communications, support business growth efforts, and ensure that Alphacore consistently meets or surpasses client expectations. You will oversee a team of contractors who are specialists in their fields, leveraging their expertise to enhance the development team's efforts, ensuring that product development aligns with Alphacore's product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple development programs with a focus on timely delivery and quality.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the development team and stakeholders.
  • Utilize leadership skills to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals.
  • Monitor project performance and implement strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Address and resolve project-related issues to optimize resource utilization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of experience in ASIC design.
  • 2-4 years of program management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in applying program management principles.
  • 1-3 years of direct management experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and activities.
  • Competence in change, risk, and resource management.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Wrike) is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Engineering Design with ASICs and Image Sensors.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience as an IC Design Lead.
  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Program Manager.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project/program management techniques, including requirement development and risk management.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a First Level Manager role.
