Position: Client Engagement Manager
Location: Hybrid work model
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in business and/or systems analysis or related fields is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in Annuity, financial services, or life insurance sectors is desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of the interrelations between Operations, Technology Capabilities, and departments outside of delivery.
- Proficient in the methodologies required to oversee the planning and requirements/analysis stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- A hands-on leader with sufficient knowledge of daily operational tasks to provide clear guidance to team members.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with Project Management tools.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Robust analytical abilities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong relationship management skills.
