Job Description

Job Summary:

Network Computer Solutions (NCS) is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for discovering new client opportunities and facilitating the growth and maturation of the relationship between NCS and our clients in the Manhattan, Lawrence, Emporia, and Western Kansas area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Maintain Positive Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Propose Secure, Effective, and Cost-Efficient Solutions: Develop and propose solutions that meet the client's needs, while ensuring the security and efficiency of our products and services.
  • Excellent Organizational and Documentation Skills: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, sales, and marketing efforts.
  • Ability to Empathize and Listen: Demonstrate a strong ability to understand and respond to the needs of others, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Punctuality and Time Management: Maintain a prioritized schedule to effectively utilize the workday, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Construct and Execute Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement comprehensive solutions that meet the client's needs, while ensuring the best interest of the client.
  • Protect and Preserve Personal and Occupational Information: Maintain the confidentiality and security of client information, as well as NCS's proprietary information.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and meet client needs.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Identify and resolve complex problems, working through details to reach a comprehensive solution in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-Year Technical Degree or Bachelor's in a Related Field: Possess a degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.
  • Renewal of Existing Certifications: Maintain and renew existing certifications, as required.
  • Knowledge of Computer Software and Hardware: Possess a basic understanding of computer software and hardware.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record: Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Pass Random Drug Tests: Pass random drug tests, as required.

Work Hours and Days:

  • Typical Workdays: Work typical days from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Occasional Later Hours: Occasionally work later hours, as required.
  • Availability Outside of Office Hours: Be available as a resource outside of office hours, when possible.
