Job Summary

The Client Relationship Specialist plays a pivotal role in our organization. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our members. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our members, guiding them through our various offerings and ensuring they receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to our members, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.
  • Manage cash handling, including balancing vault cash and processing transactions.
  • Assist in opening and maintaining personal and small business accounts, as well as other financial products.
  • Originate consumer loan applications and provide guidance throughout the process.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, embodying the values of our organization.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in cash handling.
  • Experience in sales or advisory roles, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, ideally from the hospitality or financial sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
