Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and strengthen client relationships
  • Engage with potential clients and enhance existing accounts

  • Monitor service quality concerns, facilitate discussions for resolutions, and maintain the customer database
  • Execute assigned tasks and assist team members to ensure smooth operations
