Overview

Position Summary: Act as a Training Facilitator/Content Developer for Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO), contributing to the STO Analysis and Training Cell.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and update instructional materials for the STO education and training initiative, adhering to the Army Learning Model (ALM).
  • Ensure that course design and development align systematically with related programs across the Army and Joint Force.
  • Implement planning, programming, and training management practices to deliver educational content through the TRADOC-approved automated learning content management system.
  • Assess and analyze student training programs, providing final recommendations for addressing challenges related to leader education and student training.
  • Oversee the upkeep of course materials for the Special Technical Operations (STO) Analysis and Training Cell.
  • Facilitate student discussions to achieve course learning outcomes.
  • Review, evaluate, and provide feedback on student submissions, including essays, case studies, and other assignments as necessary.
Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience demonstrating a practical understanding of the subject matter and instructional methods, including managing instructional design and production; analyzing training objectives for regulatory compliance; developing course curriculum and training goals; and delivering lessons in a classroom or through distributed learning formats.
