Position Overview: The Audiovisual Specialist III plays a crucial role within the Audio-Visual Team, providing essential support for various operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate coordination with the Command Information Center for video teleconferencing.
  • Establish audiovisual setups for Senior Mentor Conferences and Workshops.
  • Provide audiovisual support for Training Audience Planning Conferences, Seminar Classes, After Action Reviews (AARs), Combined Arms Rehearsals (CARs), Battle Update Briefs (BUBs), and Media Engagement Events.
  • Produce and edit still photography, full-motion video content, and other digital training materials for Army training initiatives.
  • Prepare classrooms and conference areas for training sessions, which includes moving and arranging furniture and audiovisual equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Security Clearance: Must possess a valid SECRET security clearance or have the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • Valid U.S. Passport.
  • Ability to travel unaccompanied throughout various locations.
  • Physical fitness to carry 35 to 40 pounds of equipment across diverse terrains.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and experienced in video editing software and operating digital video cameras.
