Radiate Hospitality, LLC seeks a skilled Group Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and executing sales contracts for small guest room blocks, preparing event orders, and ensuring quality product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Book meetings and groups into the hotel based on peak room night and attendee levels.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries within predetermined responsibilities.
- Negotiate and capture profitable Rooms & Catering business.
- Provide marketing collateral to clients and guests.
- Prepare and send proposals and contracts to designated clients.
- Coordinate room lists, including room types, shared rooms, and room billing.
- Educate Event Planners on hotel procedures.
- Distribute final Rooming Lists and Banquet Event Orders to service staff.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Entertain potential clients in accordance with Radiate Hospitality policies.
- Document and report sales activities.
- Maintain an active list of top accounts.
- Perform other services and duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Special consideration will be given to those with EMM, Catering, or Conference Servicing experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years' work experience in hospitality sales.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Sales/ negotiating abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Delphi sales and catering software platform.
