Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our leadership team at Eagle Point Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the direction and success of our business, leading our city team, and driving operational results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to all city team members, upholding our core values of accountability, integrity, and innovation.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment, ensuring our team members feel valued and supported.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations, processes, and growth, ensuring we remain a Great Place to Work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Superintendents, Warranty, Construction Managers, Design, and Purchasing teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing business operations, products, and processes.
  • Manage daily operations of the assigned city, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering timely and quality installations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain team members and installation crews, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Verify and track installations and repairs, performing job site inspections for quality assurance.
  • Lead and attend city lunches and team outings, promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Evaluate team members' performance, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and set goals.
  • Evaluate and track contractor performance on installations and repairs.
  • Approve purchase orders, customer and vendor quotes, and ensure company policies and processes are followed and enforced.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading and coaching team members, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong team player, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Experience with construction job site conditions and safety requirements, with a focus on ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
