To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, with experience leading teams and driving business growth. You will also need to be able to thrive in a chaotic environment, handle high-pressure situations, and respond well to constructive feedback.

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000—$180,000 USD, unlimited vacation policy, 100% paid health insurance for employees with 50% coverage for dependents, and a monthly stipend for personal wellness, learning and development, or shopping via our merchant partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification and development of high-impact projects to drive business growth
  • Own and be accountable for operating many elements of the business and driving results for our customers
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ownership
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with product and engineering to build scalable solutions and add leverage to the business
  • Use data to understand our customers, segment them according to various characteristics and business metrics, and drive product adoption, plan rollouts, and sequence product builds and features
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within high-growth startups, investment banking, and/or management consulting
  • Proven track record of collaborating across multiple stakeholders in an organization and leading a project or program from design to execution
  • Ability to thrive in a chaotic environment, handle high-pressure situations, and respond well to constructive feedback
  • Advanced experience with spreadsheets, formulas, and SQL, with a passion for building dashboards and driving adoption throughout the organization
  • Product knowledge, technical expertise, and the ability to easily context-switch
  • Passionate about the customer, with advanced problem-solving skills and a willingness to pursue answers on your own
