Job Title and Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to support our treasury function. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in assisting the company in its rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Operations
    • Assist in the onboarding of the treasury system to centralize operations and improve efficiency.
  • Data Management
    • Manage data for all accounts, including wire signatures, repo settlements, and ISDAs.
  • Cash Management and Payments
    • Oversee cash management and execute wire payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process Improvement
    • Work closely with the Head of Fund Finance to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience and Skills
    • 4-8 years of experience in cash management or treasury operations at a fund or financial services firm.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle large volumes of data.
    • Experience with treasury systems and Prime Services is a plus.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

About the Role and Location

This is a full-time position that requires 5 days of office work per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cash management and treasury operations, with a proven track record of process improvement and data management.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
