We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the North region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business unit revenue and profitability targets across the North region.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure successful implementation and execution of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the National Accounts and Food Service Teams to develop and implement strategic projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region.
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Business-to-Business Sales within the hospitality or coffee industry.
- At least 5 years experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven record of accomplishment in your professional career.
- Positive and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.
- Must be a self-starter, a quick learner, and able to take constructive feedback.
- Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends.
- Occasionally assist lifting, moving, and/or carrying coffee equipment.
- Experience using sales tools (salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft (excel, word, PowerPoint, or equivalents).
- Ability to travel locally (40 miles) and regionally (100+ miles), (70%, 30%, respectively).
- Ability to travel for up to 2-3 consecutive nights once or twice per month.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Ability to work in person with clients and hospitality team members.
$132,000.00 - $198,000.00 per year, plus bonus.
