Position:
Front Desk Coordinator
Department: Store Administration
Salary: $17-$19 per hour, based on experience

Location: Carmel Valley

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the front area is well-organized and visually appealing.
2. Manage client check-ins and check-outs for appointments.
3. Provide detailed information about products and their benefits to prospective clients.
4. Engage with customers in person, via phone, and through email to assess their needs.
5. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s diverse range of products and services.
6. Build and sustain relationships with clients visiting the facility.
7. Monitor communication systems for client inquiries.
8. Perform administrative duties, including processing and recording sales as necessary.

Essential Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in interacting with new individuals daily.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability and openness to feedback.
- Quick problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Proficient time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple appointments throughout the day.

Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the Store Manager.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field within aesthetic medicine.
- 2-3 years of experience in a front desk role.
- Previous experience in a medical spa setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with relevant software, including Zenoti, Microsoft Office, and Filemaker.
