Position Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Department: Store Administration
Compensation: $17-$19 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the front area is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Manage client check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about products and their benefits to clients.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to understand their needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients visiting the facility.
- Oversee messaging systems for client inquiries.
- Perform administrative duties, including processing sales as necessary.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a comfort in meeting new individuals regularly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability to changing situations.
- Receptiveness to constructive feedback.
- Quick problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple appointments.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports directly to the Store Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- High School Diploma is required.
- Compliance with health mandates regarding vaccinations is mandatory.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field within aesthetic medicine.
- 2-3 years of experience in a front desk role.
- Previous experience in a medical spa setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with software applications such as Zenoti, Microsoft Office, and Filemaker is beneficial.
