Front Desk Coordinator
Department:
Store Administration
Compensation:
$17-$19 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the front area is well-organized and visually appealing.
2. Manage client check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
3. Provide detailed information about products and their benefits to potential clients.
4. Engage with customers through various communication channels to assess their needs.
5. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s offerings.
6. Build and maintain relationships with clients visiting the facility.
7. Monitor and respond to client communications promptly.
8. Execute administrative duties, including processing sales and maintaining records as required.
Essential Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a comfort in engaging with new individuals daily.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability and openness to feedback.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address client inquiries effectively.
- Proficient time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple appointments.
Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the Store Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field within aesthetic medicine.
- 2-3 years of experience in a front desk role.
- Previous experience in a medical spa setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Zenoti, Microsoft Office, and Filemaker is preferred.
