Position Overview:
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive financial oversight and analytical support for all capital construction initiatives, alongside additional assistance for board-level projects. The incumbent will compile, disseminate, review, analyze, and evaluate financial information related to Design and Construction projects.

Reporting Structure:
The position operates under the general guidance of the Vice President for Design and Construction, allowing for significant autonomy in decision-making and independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of detailed reports and responses to inquiries aimed at clarifying budget discrepancies;
  • Conducting forward-looking financial analyses to assess project alignment with established timelines;
  • Collaborating with project managers and supervisors to track funding for all operational and capital projects, ensuring budgets are current;
  • Performing financial assessments of capital construction projects exceeding $5 million, including cash flow evaluations;
  • Coordinating the collection, verification, and analysis of financial and operational data to support various project initiatives, such as benchmarking activities and evaluating cost justifications for proposed capital projects.

Compensation Information:
In compliance with U.S. state and municipal pay transparency regulations, St. Jude provides a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. This estimate is offered in good faith, and actual salary offers will consider factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for the Senior Construction Financial Analyst role is between $78,000 and $139,360 annually.
