FastPay Financial Analyst

Pay Range: $22.00/hr

Role Overview:

As a FastPay Financial Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the prompt and precise processing of payments related to Group Meetings and Events.

Your role will involve achieving established production targets, with a key focus on meeting and exceeding the commission-related requirements of our hotels and meeting planner partners in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to derive objective conclusions, recommendations, and actionable plans within the FastPay program.
  • Propose enhancements related to the FastPay process.
  • Oversee the commission payment process cycle, including research, special projects, and adherence to internal control protocols.
  • Execute reconciliations of hotel documentation against MPC invoices, addressing and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Provide support to all Hilton branded properties across the US, Canada, and Mexico participating in the program, offering guidance on necessary approvals, data entry, and processing commission payments.
  • Deliver customer service support to meeting planner companies and manage tasks related to special projects or ad-hoc requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Three to five (3-5) years of professional experience
  • Entry-level to three (0-3) years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Customer Service
  • Familiarity with all FastPay processes
  • Understanding of Travel Agent Commissions Settlement (TACS) policies and procedures across all brands
  • Knowledge of travel agency commission-processing systems for research and special projects
